Welcome to Rafiq Rides ("Service," "we," or "us"). By using Rafiq Rides, our AI-powered ride-booking assistant via WhatsApp Business messaging, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and WhatsApp's policies.

• Using Our Service: By accessing or using Rafiq Rides, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms occasionally; continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

• What We Do: Rafiq Rides connects riders to drivers via WhatsApp Business messaging to facilitate ride bookings.
• WhatsApp Integration: Our Service communicates exclusively through WhatsApp Business. You acknowledge that WhatsApp's policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, apply alongside these Terms.

3. WhatsApp Business Messaging Compliance

• Profile Accuracy: We maintain an up-to-date WhatsApp Business profile that includes our customer support contact information (such as email address, website, and telephone number) to provide transparency.
• Approved Message Templates: For initiating conversations beyond the 24-hour customer service window, we use approved Message Templates that comply with WhatsApp's policies. By using our Service, you confirm that you have opted in to receive communications from us.
• Opt-In and Opt-Out: You are responsible for providing valid opt-in consent for receiving messages via WhatsApp. We will honor all opt-out requests promptly. Should you choose to block or unsubscribe, we will cease sending messages as required.
• Accurate Representation: We do not impersonate any other business or misrepresent our affiliation with any other entity. All communications reflect the true nature of our Service.

4. User Responsibilities
